Term, Conditions and Shipping

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using You and the Truth's website. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Shipping  Outside the United States of America

All shipping prices on our website reflect shipping within the United States of America only. 

We ship outside the United States. Shipping charges will be added upon processing your order.  The estimated transit time for domestic shipping is 5-9 business days, unless you are notified that an item is back-ordered.

International DHL Rates  

USPS Media INTL Mail $11.95 for the first unit and $9.95 for each additional unit. DHL Courier Exp $34.00 for the first unit and $13.50 for each additional unit. 

NOTE: Shipping charges apply at the SHIPMENT level, not at the order level. Direct to Home orders which result in multiple shipments (filled from Primary and Secondary, including back-ordered items, etc) will be sent as separate orders. Shipping rates listed do not include the Direct to Home service fees. Shipping charges may changed depending on the rates provided by the courier.

Shipping Rates – outside the United States
Specific rates apply to deliveries to all non-U.S. addresses. When shipping to a U.S. military address, use Direct to Home (military) option instead of Direct to Home (international). Please note: Items will ship from Ingram via mail service to the destination country. They will then be placed into the local mail delivery system. The INTL Mail option provides limited tracking services. INTL Mail packages are non-refundable. Ingram cannot file claims for lost or missing packages.

VAT, GST, and Customs Fees
The receiver will be notified by the local mail system for collection of any duties or taxes charged by their government. If VAT charges are not paid upon delivery by the receiver, the shipment will be abandoned by the carrier, and Ingram will not be responsible for issuing a refund.

The No Bullshit Show, its affiliates, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any custom fees a foreign country may charge for importing good from the United States.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Our services may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by You and the Truth and its affiliates. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that You and the Truth shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party websites or services that you visit.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding Service. 

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide thirty days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Refund and Return Policy

You and the Truth offers an eight (8) calendar days return policy on unopened and unused books.  The shipping cost of returns is the responsibility of the buyer. All signed books are final transactions. In the event of damages to the goods during shipping, the cost of returns is the responsibility of the buyer. The returned item must be accompanied by the invoice and a written, signed, and dated explanation of conditions of the item. You and the Truth will research the damage and contact you with further information pertaining to replacing the item with a new one. No refunds will be processed. In the event of a billing error, please contact customer service at you@youthetruth.com within three business days. 

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is important to us and will not be shared with any third party companies not doing business with You and the Truth.
